Cookie Policy
This is an unreviewed draft. It describes what the website actually does, checked against the code. Anything marked [to confirm] depends on business facts we do not hold, and nothing here has been reviewed by a lawyer. It should not be treated as legal advice or as a statement that the site is compliant.
The short version
Reading this website sets no cookies at all. The only cookies that ever appear come from Calendly, and only after you click a button to book a call.
What we checked
We loaded the site in a clean browser and inspected cookie and storage state at each stage. These are observed results, not assumptions:
On page load - no cookies, nothing in local or session storage.
On hovering or focusing a booking button - no cookies, and no request to Calendly.
After clicking a booking button - Calendly loads and sets two cookies on the calendly.com domain: __cf_bm and _cfuvid.
The Calendly cookies
Both are set by Cloudflare, which sits in front of Calendly. __cf_bm is a bot management cookie and expires after about 30 minutes. _cfuvid is used to apply rate limits per visitor and is a session cookie.
They are set by Calendly on their own domain, not by us, and they appear only because you asked to open their booking window. Calendly's own cookie notice describes them in full.
What this site does not use
No analytics. No advertising or retargeting pixels. No social media trackers. No A/B testing tools. No first-party cookies of our own.
Why there is no cookie banner
A consent banner exists to get permission before non-essential technologies run. On this site nothing non-essential runs: an ordinary visit stores nothing, and the only storage that does occur is part of a booking service you deliberately opened.
Adding a banner that asked permission for nothing would be decoration, so we have not added one. If analytics, advertising or any other optional tracking is introduced later, this changes - a real consent mechanism that blocks those scripts until permission is given would need to be built at the same time.
Other third-party requests
Loading a page also fetches typefaces from Google Fonts and two JavaScript libraries from Cloudflare's cdnjs. Neither sets a cookie, but both receive your IP address because your browser connects to them. The Privacy Policy covers this.
Controlling cookies yourself
Your browser can block or delete cookies, including the Calendly ones. Blocking them may stop the booking window from working, in which case the booking buttons fall back to opening Calendly's own page directly.
