The questions that come before the call.
Everything below is what we would tell you on a first call anyway. Read it first and the call can be about your property instead.
Fit and feasibility是否合适
Before recommending a strategy, we conduct an initial market-fit assessment to determine how well your hotel, travel experience or wider hospitality offering is suited to Chinese travellers.
Some offerings naturally have greater potential than others, and certain qualities, from the location and guest experience to the property’s design, amenities and cultural appeal, resonate more strongly with Chinese consumers.
We assess these factors early and give you an honest view of the opportunity, including what is likely to work and where challenges may arise.
Fortunately, we overcome many of the regulatory and operational barriers on your behalf, so you will not typically need your own mainland Chinese entity or registered business licence.
Requirements vary between platforms, and there may be instances where account verification is not possible. We assess this during the initial feasibility scan, allowing us to confirm what can be achieved and recommend the appropriate route before any work begins.
No. Our work is designed to complement your existing partners rather than replace or duplicate what they already do.
Your current OTAs and agencies can continue serving the audiences they reach, while we focus on the Chinese platforms, consumer behaviours and conversion pathways that typically fall outside their scope.
How we work together合作方式
We understand that entering a new market should not create a significant amount of additional work for your team. Our operation is designed to be seamless, requiring some initial support during onboarding and minimal ongoing involvement thereafter.
Once everything is in place, we can manage the day-to-day independently and keep you informed through monthly reports and strategic updates. Of course, if you would prefer to be more closely involved, we are happy to build a more collaborative working rhythm around your team.
We create a strategic mix of original and localized content. New campaigns may involve UGC creators, familiarization trips, livestreams, and both short-form and long-form video designed specifically for Chinese platforms.
We also make use of your strongest existing marketing assets, adapting the language, messaging and creative direction to resonate with Chinese consumers. All published content will be produced in Mandarin or Cantonese, depending on the audience, platform and campaign objectives.
We agree on a clear approval process before any work goes live. Your team can approve major campaigns while allowing us to manage day-to-day content and community activity independently, or you can choose to review a greater proportion of the content before publication.
We generally recommend giving us the flexibility to manage routine execution as your trusted market partner. This allows us to respond quickly and appropriately while navigating the language, cultural nuances and platform expectations of the Chinese market. Either way, the approval structure will be agreed with you from the outset.
At the beginning of the engagement, we create a centralized data room containing all the information and assets our team may need. This typically includes rates, availability, property or experience details, existing photography and video, usage rights, brand guidelines, current marketing materials, booking information and a named point of contact.
Creating this resource upfront allows our team to find answers quickly and work independently, reducing unnecessary follow-ups and keeping the day-to-day operation streamlined.
Results and tracking成效追踪
Longer than a campaign, shorter than a rebrand, and the exact timeline will depend on the opportunity, your existing positioning and the level of resources committed to the market. Additional investment in areas such as paid media, KOL collaborations, familiarization trips and livestream campaigns can also influence the pace of growth.
Presence compounds. Your accounts, content and listings must first exist, build credibility and give demand somewhere to go. For this reason, we generally recommend a commitment of at least six months.
This is not simply a short-term marketing campaign; we are establishing your presence in China and laying the foundations for sustained, compounding visibility and bookings.
You will receive a monthly report covering the work completed, its performance and our recommendations for the next stage. This includes the content produced, platform activity and any dedicated campaigns (such as KOL collaborations, familiarization trips or livestreams) along with the results generated.
We track enquiries, qualified interest, attributable leads and bookings, as well as audience growth and engagement across social platforms and OTAs. We also review performance against the agreed KPIs, identify what is gaining traction and recommend which metrics, channels and activities should be prioritized moving forward.
Pricing and ownership定价与权属
Every engagement begins with an initial market-fit assessment. From this, we develop the strategy best suited to your hotel, travel experience or wider hospitality offering. We do not rely on fixed packages because the right combination of platforms, content and campaigns will differ for every client.
Your success is our success, so we focus our time and resources on the activities with the greatest potential to generate qualified interest and visibility.
Our core fee typically covers our team, strategy, execution, account management and standard platform costs. Pricing and inclusions will always be presented clearly before the engagement begins. Additional campaign investment; including paid advertising, familiarization trips, KOL or influencer partnerships, UGC creators and external production, will be scoped and approved separately.
You do. Wherever the platform permits, accounts are established in your business’s name, and the content and assets we create for you remain yours.
We believe this is important: ownership of your accounts means ownership of the audience and market presence being built around your brand.
You retain the accounts, content, assets and audience we have helped you build.
We provide a clear handover of account access, creative assets, content calendars, reporting and any work currently in progress.

Ask it directly. If it is a question about your property specifically, that is the conversation we want to be having anyway.
